BRIEF OF THE COMPANY
The
main business of Golden Ocean Group are long liner tuna fishing operation
& fleet services / fish processing & logistics services / marketing since 1999.
Golden
Ocean Fish Ltd has been in operation since year 2002.
Golden
Ocean Group of companies is the one of the leading fishing & fish
processing company in Fiji which meets the standards of EU, Japan and USA
market. Golden Ocean Group is HACCP accredited & EU established. It has 2
state-of-art fish processing facilities.
Total
employment including Fishing crew, Engineering, Fleet Management,
Factory processing and administration is over 300. The senior management team
has about 20 members.

Joint Venture Company - Kiribati Fish Limited
1）Tuna fishing operation & fleet services --- There are 28 tuna long
liner fishing vessels under the Golden Ocean Management, and annual
catch is about 8000 tons.
2）Fish processing & logistic services --- Both fish processing plants
meet EU / USFDA / SGS standards. The facilities include one frozen fish
processing plant, one fresh fish processing plant, three cold storages, one
container yard, and freezer trucks.
3）Marketing --- export fish and fish products to Japan、USA、EU、
China, Australia、New Zealand and some other Asia countries.
