There is NO separate report for visitations
It is in the Division Report Form (DMRF)
Steps to report a visitation:
1. Complete sections in Month Tabs – Data Report,
LTG Business
2. Go to Visitation Report Tab and complete
necessary information.
3. Complete above 2 steps and submit by the 10th
of the month.
