Per celebrare il 15 ° anniversario delle continue operazioni radioamatori sulla
Stazione Spaziale Internazionale.
La modalità di trasmissione SSTV questa volta sara' in PD120, che dovrebbe
consentire la ricezione di più immagini in un unico passaggio.

Il primo equipaggio della ISS effettuo' il primo contatto radioamatoriale con il call
NA1SS nel novembre del 2000.
Mentre il primo contatto radio radioamatore dalla Stazione Spaziale Internazionale
(ARISS) con una scuola ebbe luogo il mese successivo nel dicembre 2000.

To celebrate the 15th anniversary of continuous operation on Amateur Radio
International Space Station.
The mode of transmission SSTV this time will be 'in PD120, which should allow
reception of multiple images in a single pass.
The first crew of the ISS make 'first contact with the amateur radio call NA1SS in
November 2000.
While the first amateur radio contact from the International Space Station (ARISS)
with a school took place the following month in December 2000.

Il PRIMO OM inglese a bordo della Stazione Spaziale ISS Tim Peake KG5BVI dal
15 dicembre scorso ,ha confermato il suo primo contatto con le scuole nei primi giorni
gia del 2016 con il call inglese GB1ISS !
Tra il 4 e il 10 Gennaio 2016 il primo contatto con la Sandringham School, a St
Albans,
altri eventi con le scuole a seguire tra gennaio e aprile 2016 !
Durante l’evento TIM usera’ il trasmettitore HamTV, che è stato recentemente
commissionato a bordo della ISS (rispolverato da Samantha per le sue belle foto …ma
da lei mai usato), Tim KG5BVI sarà il primo astronauta a utilizzare questa
apparecchiatura durante i contatti radio con le scuole .

The first four schools confirmed to have amateur radio contacts with Tim Peake from
the ISS have been announced.
We’re looking forward to working with them, their local clubs and ARISS (Amateur
Radio on the International Space Station) for these historic and inspiring events!
The school contacts confirmed so far are:

FIRST IN the English on board the Space Station ISS Tim Peake KG5BVI from 15
December last year, confirmed its first contact with schools in the early days of 2016
already with the English call GB1ISS!
Between 4 and 10 January 2016 the first contact with the Sandringham School, St
Albans,
events with other schools to follow between January and April 2016!
During the event will use TIM 'HamTV the transmitter, which was recently
commissioned on board the ISS (revived by Samantha for its beautiful pictures ... but
she never used), Tim KG5BVI will be the first astronaut to operate the equipment
during the contacts radio with schools.

Lavorare con l'Agenzia spaziale Regno Unito, ARISS (Amateur Radio sulla Stazione
Spaziale Internazionale) hanno messo a punto un programma che consentirà un
certo numero di scuole per parlare direttamente a Tim Peake, il primo astronauta
dell'ESA britannico a visitare la stazione, durante la durata del suo restare.
Le scuole pre-organizzati i contatti si svolgeranno tra gennaio e aprile 2016 e gli
studenti saranno in grado di mettere un numero di domande direttamente al

Ciò consentirà l'interazione diretta tra allievi e Tim ed è previsto per essere uno dei
punti salienti del programma STEM outreach Principia.

Il piatto 3,8 metro è stato prestato al progetto satellite catapulta per monitorare la ISS
e farà in modo video in tempo reale sarà disponibile durante le scuole contatti in
programma per l'inizio del prossimo anno. Il piatto è quasi all'ombra del piatto 29

Durante il contatto presso le scuole del team ARISS sarà fornire visualizza

il team ARISS forniranno un web cast in diretta tutti gli eventi della giornata, tra cui il
contatto reale con Tim Peake.

ENGLISH VERSION
Working with the UK Space Agency, ARISS (Amateur Radio on the International
Space Station) have developed a program that will allow a number of schools to speak
directly to Tim Peake, the first ESA astronaut to visit the British station, during the
duration of his stay.
Schools pre-arranged contacts will take place between January and April 2016 and
students will be able to put a number of questions directly to the astronaut using
amateur radio VHF and UHF radio equipment specially installed at the school for the
occasion.
This will allow direct interaction between students and Tim and is expected to be one
of the highlights of the program STEM outreach Principia.
During his six-month mission on the International Space Station from December
2015, Tim will be undertaken a wide range of scientific experiments, some of which
were designed by students from across the UK.
He also pledged to take part in a wide range of educational outreach activities to
schools and colleges across the country.
For the mission of Tim Peake, the team ARISS Amateur Radio license in the United
Kingdom is planning a world premiere, also receiving live video from the

International Space Station during the contact. Using the transmitter HamTV, which
was recently commissioned on board the ISS, Tim will be the first astronaut to operate
this equipment during a two-way contact schools.
As well as the construction of a vehicle-based system, which will be installed at the
school on the day of receipt of the contact, the team recently visited Goonhilly Earth
Station in Cornwall to commission a dish to receive broadcasts 2.4GHz HamTV from
ISS .
The dish 3.8 meters has been lent to the satellite project catapult to track the ISS and
will ensure real-time video will be available during school contacts planned for early
next year. The dish is almost in the shadow of the dish 29 meters "Arthur", built in
1962 to receive the first transatlantic television signals from Telstar-1 spacecraft.
During contact at the school ARISS team will provide displays location information
and ISS have webcams that show both the local and Goonhilly as you trace the ISS
across the sky during the contact.
