Vasyl Shynkaruk Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine “Qualifications Framework in Higher Education of Ukraine” International Seminar «National Qualifications Framework» Kyiv, 15-16 May 2008 1 Ukraine’s joining Bologna process influenced essentially on the goals and content of the higher education system of Ukraine.
