Very little will happen Delegate unless this person is in Monitor and place. Oliver McWilliams Revamp weights room. Monitoring & Evaluating… • We need to put a system in place whereby as a club we know how the Plan is progressing. • Are things happening as we’d thought? If not, why not? • And what are we going to do about it? • It’s easy to avoid all this. But if we do, again we’re only fooling ourselves… • and we’re doing the GAA and our club a disservice. Conclusion: Schools, Universities, Clubs and County Boards must work in unison and not separately as is the case at present • Implications for all future coaches – LTPD Training etc. • Coaches of the future will be central to the sporting ambitions of all players • The best coaches must be selected & trained to coach the appropriate programmes at the right stage i.e. LTPDP must be aliened to our coaching courses • Most players now need remedial action to improve their performance because of a lack of proper fundamental training at the appropriate stage Code of Best Practice Referees Developing Coaching Structures In Your Club 1.
