Pro Life Knights in a Pro Life Texas
The Pro Life ACE Award
•Nearly 600 Brother Knights and their Ladies became
ACE Award winners last year
•Of that 31 were Bishops, Priests and Deacons
Fact - Pro Life, a Ministry that allows you and your Council the opportunity to save
a life. By encouraging Pro Life in your Councils you will gain more members, win
the hearts of the community, and help your priests with one of their toughest jobs.

Pro Life Knights in a Pro Life Texas
ACE Award Requirements
•Five public Pro Life events in one year
•Repeat events are allowed, but not encouraged unless it is 40 Days for
Life, working as a Prayer Warrior, or Sidewalk Counselor
•Fifth item can deal with the unborn or with end of life issues like:
•Volunteering in a Nursing Home
•Volunteering at a VA Hospital
•Working with the Special Olympics
•Death Row Executions
•**NEW** Taking part in the American Wheelchair Mission activities
Fact – Abortion is legal through all 9 months of pregnancy. There are those
in government that wish to be able to kill a baby after birth if for some
reason the mother decides she doesn’t want it… the baby won’t be safe
under law until he/she leaves the hospital and arrives home.

ACE Award (Cont)
•Also new for 2010-2011 is the requirement that every Knight sign his ACE Award
form promising to remain ever vigilant in Pro Life
•One non-Knight from the community per year, per Council, may be elected to
receive the ACE Award.
Common Complaints about the ACE Award
•I don’t need an award to prove that I am Pro Life
•There are not enough Pro Life activities in my area
•I didn’t know about the ACE Award
Fact - Over 160 Babies an hour die from abortion in the USA, that over 3500 per day,
365 days a year
