through the commitment of
volunteers.
Volunteer Health Care Provider
Program (VHCPP)
Established under s. 766.1115, F.S.
“Access to Health Care Act”;
Designates provider an “agent of the state”;
Affords sovereign immunity protection for
uncompensated care;
Provides services to clients determined
eligible and referred by DOH.
