Training for managers of cross-cultural communication (first higher education) on degree programme 035700.62 (bachelor) «Linguistics», specialty “Theory and practice of cross-cultural communication in the countries of Asian-Pacific Region”. Training System NPP reactors design; 496 16 Conclusion Localization in South East Asia is a necessary condition to promote Russian nuclear technology to local markets. To ensure competitive advantages it’s important to train Russian localization managers with cross-cultural competencies to provide supervision over local subcontractors. In case of the stakeholders union the effective training of both Russian and foreign experts is possible on the basis of FEFU on bachelor programmes “Operation of NPP Heat and Power Equipment”.
