Safety Feature
Included the features that ensure the safety and security
- Key Switch

A key switch is built-in so that only the
person who has the key can operate the
unit.
- Dead-man Switch
With a dead-man switch, you can prevent
the false operation. Since three position
types are available*2 vary from model to
model, the output will be turned off even if
you hold the switch tightly by unexpected
accident.
- Emergency Stop Switch
Emergency stop switch in push lock method
(galvanically separated mechanism) is included
as standard equipment. Since an optional
switch guard is also available, you can prevent
the unconsidered emergency stop by using it.

8-way communication realizes the connection with PLC or other automation devices from up to

configuration software “V-SFT-5” can be transferred
at high speed.
- Device Connection
It is possible to connect plural PLC from different
manufacturers with one V8 at the same time via Ethernet.
- MES Interface Function
Various kinds of information such as the production
record, defect quantity, and error causes can be sent to
the database in SQL statement via V-Server from V8.
- When LAN is not in use.
Mount a rubber cover when
LAN is not in use
- FTP Server Function
It becomes possible to read and write each data from
upper PC to Monitouch.
Special application is not required because it transfers
by general communication protocol.

CF Card Interface as Standard Equipment
Case 1
<Recipe Data>
Production condition of each production item created in PC can be saved
in CF card as CSV file. The saved data in CSV file can be read and written
in PLC, and the data in PLC can be loaded in CF card at tooling change.
Case 2
<Sampling>
Ever-changing data and changes of the abnormal condition can be
sampled and saved as records.
Because you can save the data in CSV format, the file can be open in
Excel without modification and also can be edited.
Case 3
<Screen Program Transfer>
Changed screen program is saved in CF card when performing the
screen program change.
Screen program can be transferred from CF card
without carrying your
PC to the production site.
