What is TECH Surface?
A revolutionary new wear layer hardened by
Grabo patented procedure. Due to its special composition (PUR + Al2O3) it
provides high durability and easy to clean properties.

increases its abrasion resistance.
• Easy maintenance
PUR provides easy to clean properties, and you can reduced the

Sport floorings - installation
- Normal subflor requirements (clear,
smooth, dry, free from cracks and
anti-adhesion substances)
- The flooring should be conditioned 1
day before laying down
- In case of absorbent subfloor – water
dispersion adhesive
- In case of non-absorbent subfloor –
contact adhesive
- Heat or cold welding
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
1.) Basic cleaning
a) Removal of solid soiling by sweeping or vacuumcleaning
b) Removal of stubborn, sticky soiling
Tools: - strong alkaline basic cleaner (pH 13-14)
- one-disc scrubbing machine,
- water vacuum cleaner (stick scrubber and floor
stripper)
Method: spread the solution in an area of 5-10 sq. meters,
scrub, rinse, then wipe off with plenty of clean water
and rinse again (neutralising).
The frequency of basic care depends on the intensity of
use. Recommended period: 1/2-1 year.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
2.) Daily cleaning
Removal of solid soiling with sweeping or vacuum-cleaning
Wet cleaning, which can be made manually or by machine
Manual wet cleaning:
For daily cleaning a mop, a mop-holder and detergent (pH 8-9)
are required.
Cleaning should be made by two-can-technology.
Daily cleaning by machine:
For daily care of the sport flooring, a pusher- or driver-type
automatic cleaning machine can be used. It is recommended to
use
detergent (pH 9-10), containing non-ionic or cationic
surfactants to ensure excellent cleaning performance and to
preserve the original slip properties.
