What is Predict
Predict is a new option dedicated to e-commerce customers in order to
increase the number of first-time deliveries and make the delivery process
more comfortable for buyers of e-shops.
It gives to recipient opportunities to change:




the date of delivery
the delivery address (within the same city)
the time slot
and to track the order
It is free to all customers!
How It Works
Customers receive SMS and/or e-mail notifications with a link leading to Predict
page on our mobile site.
First step is an authorization in our system. After that the recipient may start to
change the delivery details
Date Changing
Recipients may change the delivery date within 5 days
(including weekends in some cities)
Time Slot Changing
Recipients also may change the delivery time slot
Address Changing
Recipients may change the delivery address within the same location or choose to
collect parcel from pick up and drop off points (for some cities*)

Delivery Canceling
Recipients may also cancel their orders online
