Provide Soldier a single, comprehensive record with enhanced self-service capabilities. • Web-based tool available 24 hours a day. Personnel records will be available to HR professionals, Soldiers, personnel and pay managers, and other authorized users throughout the Services. • Provide integrated personnel and pay functions • User T3 training to begin Oct 2008.
