Set up session descriptions and chair / co-chair names
Chairs and co-chairs then receive email and password to administer to their sessions.
Topical permissions are separate from Division
Session chairs:





Enter “session description” or call for papers when permission granted.
Accept papers, solicit trades to complete session (4 – 7 papers)
Do not reject a good paper; leave in place or transfer to unplaced papers folder
Look in same folder for papers for your session.
When accept papers prior to final deadline, and set up session times



Process Development
Confex = Software used to set up sessions
Save email and password from AIChE for future referral.
Those with division programming permissions can grant access to others via menu
option.
