A mechanical transmission organ placed in the choir
and built by Eugenio Biroldi in place of the previous
1768 Reina organ.
The wooden case is set against the masonry structure.
An original keyboard with 50 keys CDEFGA - f ’’’
with a short first octave and flat, not original 17 pedals CDEFGA - g#, with a short first octave always connected to the keyboard.

at 1/6 of syntonic comma. The fifths of H-F#, F#-C#,
C#-G# are tempered at 1/2 of the syntonic comma.
The fifths of E-H and F-C are "pure" and the G#-E flat
interval is 8 cent. long in respect to the equal temperament.
